The Majestic Revenge was initially detailed as a covert operation vessel, serving well within Klingon territory. In 2346, she was damaged while attacking supply lines and forced to return to Romulan space.
With her weapons repaired, she was assigned to a strike squadron in late 2346, conducting hit-and-run raids throughout the disputed territory. In 2359, she was again recalled with her torpedoes and shields upgraded.
In 2364 she was decommissioned and sold to the Orion Syndicate for detailed information concerning non-syndicate Orion activities in the Triangle and disputed area.
