NOTES:
A total of 25 Devonshire class destroyers have been built over the years. Of the 11 Mk Is built, 2 were destroyed, 1 was scrapped 4 were disarmed and sold, while 4 were converted to Mk IIs. A total of 10 Mk IIs were fielded, including 6 new build hulls. 1 Mk II is listed as missing, and 1 was scrapped after being significantly damaged after a non-combat incident. The Devonshire herself was converted to Coronado class carrier. The remaining 7 Mk IIs were converted to Mk IIIs. A total of 11 Mk IIIs were fielded. 1 was destroyed, and 2 were disarmed and sold to commercial concerns. 6 Mk IIIs were converted to Mk IVs and 2 were converted to Mk Vs. Of the 8 Mk IVs fielded, 2 are in reserve fleets and the remaining 6 were converted to Mk Vs. Of the 10 Mk Vs fielded, 6 have been scrapped, 3 have been disarmed and sold and 1 is a museum ship. The Devonshire was officially retired 2302.
