The Borak<\/em> is slowly being pulled from frontline duty in favor of the few new designed being built by the Cardassians. 59 Type-3s<\/em> remain in active service, with a further 30 in reserve fleets. 1 Type-1<\/em>, 4 Type-2s<\/em> and 7 Type-3s<\/em> have been destroyed. 4 Type-4s<\/em> have been captured. 2 Type-1s<\/em> and 3 Type-3s<\/em> are reported as missing. 5 Type-1s<\/em>, 4 Type-2s<\/em> and 22 Type-3s<\/em> have been scrapped.
