The Intrepid Vengeance<\/em> began it\u2019s career along the Federation border, supporting a number of bases and outposts near the Triangle\/Federation border. The Vengeance<\/em> conducted several raid guised as an IKS vessel, as well as attacking Orion interest in the area.<\/p>\n

In 2284, the Vengeance<\/em> was refit with increased firepower and improved shields and returned to operations within the Triangle. In 2343, the ship was refit and transferred to the Romulan-Klingon border shortly before the increase in hostilities between the two powers.<\/p>\n

In 2346, the Vengeance<\/em> was part of an attack wing that struck a Klingon listening post. Although the Vengeance<\/em> survived the attack, she was badly damaged and her crew evacuated. The ship self-destructed shortly there after.
