The Abusive Vengeance<\/em> originally operated along the Federation border where it openly attacked Federation targets of interest posing as an IKS vessel. After nearly being positively identified in 2321, the vessel withdrew and conducted operations along the central Triangle area. By early 2330, the Vengeance\u2019s<\/em> age was showing with significant component replacement needed. By mid-2330, the ship was pulled from active patrol duty and plans were considered to scrap or sell the vessel.<\/p>\n

Following the attack on Khitomer, however, the decision to refurbish and relaunch the Vengeance<\/em> was made. By 2347, the Vengeance<\/em> was once again operating along the mutual Romulan-Klingon border and continued combat operations unlit 2364 when she was transferred to the Federation Neutral Zone. She remained at this post until being transferred to operations near Cardassian space. She was destroyed in 2375 while engaging multiple Jem\u2019Hadar craft.
