The Tellarites continue to field 15 Mk IIIs<\/em> in active service in and round Tellarite held systems. 5 Mk Is<\/em>, 1 Mk II<\/em> and 1 Mk III<\/em> have been destroyed. 2 Mk Is<\/em> and 4 Mk IIs<\/em> have been scrapped. 7 MK IIs<\/em> and 6 Mk III<\/em> have been sold. The Ranx<\/em> class was designed with long range and comfort in mind making this vessel a popular choice with retired Tellarite explorers and merchants wealthy enough to maintain these ships.
