We have rendezvoused with the Buckholtz after receiving telemetry from sensor probes in the neutral zone that several Klingon ships have broken the treaty and crossed the border.<\/p>\n

Although this seems to have become an almost monthly occurrence, somehow this feels different. While the reading were sporadic, this didn’t appear to be just a scouting mission or even a single cruiser out on a fact-finding mission. Sensor indicated five vessels of varying size, including several cruisers. I suspect that there will be a significant number of intrusions over the next few days. <\/p>\n

We remain in a relatively advantageous position less than two parsecs from Ariannus. But if this is the beginning of a major move by the Empire, I’m afraid the local support will be in a tight spot if this is indeed a major move by the Klingons.<\/p>\n

On a personal note, I have a bad feeling that I won’t be able to attend Anjea’s Ha’mara<\/em>. There may be no more holidays for us if this gets out of hand.\n<\/td>\n
